Most of the cabins in this secluded neighborhood were built in the 1960's and there are even half a dozen A-frames. This is a quaint neighborhood unlike anything else around NM. There's a mix of seasonal and full-time residents. Winters are very cold in the canyon and access can be iffy without the proper vehicle. Recommend 4x4 with off-road tires. These lots are for building structures; camping is not allowed in the neighborhood.
